Work with us
Painting jobs in Northern Ireland.
MCN Painting Contracts has been working across Northern Ireland since 2015 — social housing voids, Education Authority maintenance contracts and high-end domestic work.
We take on self-employed subcontract painters to work alongside us on fixed-price job packages. Materials come to site, job sheets tell you exactly what the work is, and payouts run bi-weekly on a Friday.
Where the work is.
Most of it sits in Greater Belfast — voids and domestic work across the city and out through Carrickfergus, Newtownabbey and Lisburn. County Antrim runs north to Larne, Ballymena and Antrim town, and Bangor sits on the eastern edge of the same patch.
Education Authority contracts take us south into County Down — Newry, Downpatrick, Banbridge and Ballynahinch — on a different rhythm to the housing work, usually tied to school holidays. Social housing work occasionally travels further afield.
If you’re based somewhere in between and wondering whether it’s worth applying, it usually is. Tell us the town you work from and we’ll be straight with you about what comes up near you.
