Commercial & contract

Contract works.

Planned maintenance, refurbishment programmes and new-build handovers for housing associations, developers and facilities managers across Northern Ireland.

We're set up for multi-phase work in occupied buildings — the kind where the programme matters as much as the finish, and where residents are still living in the building while it happens.

What we handle

  • Social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance
  • New-build handover decorating to programme
  • Communal areas, stairwells and corridors
  • External repaints of terraces and blocks
  • Spray application at volume
  • Access equipment including boom lifts

Working in occupied buildings

Most of our contract work happens around people. That means liaising with residents directly, working to agreed hours, keeping escape routes clear, and leaving each area clean at the end of every day rather than at the end of the job.

It's slower than working in an empty building. It's also the only acceptable way to do it when someone lives there.
