Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue.

Prices assume reasonable access and a clear working area unless clearance is included in the quote.

Additional work identified during the job is quoted separately before it's carried out.

Payment terms as agreed in writing at the point of quotation.

Workmanship: we'll return to put right any defect in our work reported within [guarantee period to be confirmed]

The guarantee covers workmanship, not paint failure caused by underlying building defects such as damp or structural movement.

MCN Painting Contracts Ltd is fully insured; certificate available on request.
